Blueberry Pie Latte 🫐🥧☕️

Todays recipe is a Blueberry Pie Latte with a Pie Crust Cookie Topper.
🫐Blueberry pie syrup:
1 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup of water
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tbs vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions: mix all the ingredients over medium low on the stove. Bring to a light boil. Skim out all the blueberries. Cool. Then bottle.
🥧Pie Crust Cookie Topper:
1 package of pie crust mix (I used @kingarthurbaking gluten free crust) or you could buy pre made crust.
Follow the ingredients on the box.
Instructions: mix together per box instructions. Then, roll out the dough and use the top of the cup you are going to make your coffee in as the cookie cutter. Cut out a hole from the center of your cookie. Then use left over dough to lattice the top of the cookie. “Glue” the lattice on top of the cookie using milk. Then sprinkle with a generous amount of sugar.
Bake per instructions on box.
