Lemon Cream Ricotta Pancakes šŸ„ž šŸ‹

Welcome back to Blossom Hill, a beautiful town that hosts my short story, Bloom and Brew: Episode 3.

Today we made Lemon Cream Ricotta Pancakes (gluten free of course)

Ingredients:

✨1/2 cup ricotta cheese

✨1/2 cup all-purpose flour

✨1/4 teaspoon baking powder

✨1 tablespoons granulated sugar

✨1/4 teaspoon fine salt

✨1/2 cup milk

✨1 large egg

✨1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

✨11/2 tbs lemon cream or lemon curd

✨1/2 tbs greek yogurt

✨ zest of 1 lemon

🧈Butter, for cooking

šŸØ whipped cream for topping

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl

  2. Then slowly incorporate wet ingredients

  3. Grease a pan

  4. Cook and filp šŸ„ž

  5. Enjoy!
